The four-level audit
The levels run in sequence, with explicit cross-references to the pages of the original document.
You know which documents are present and which are missing, record by record: each item is checked against both the document catalogue and the content, and every gap comes with its reason. The checklist mirrors the record template used in your organisation.
From record to blocks, before the audit
Cartella Clinica Sicura breaks each record down into pages and blocks and recognises their type - header, patient details, SDO (hospital discharge record), operation note, signature - before starting the four-level audit. The workflow is guided and fully automated, with the option of manual intervention on any block when a check or correction is needed.
Automatic checking, page by page
Each record arrives as a PDF, a scan or an export from the electronic medical record already in use at the organisation. Cartella Clinica Sicura breaks it down into pages and each page into blocks, recognising their type: header, patient details, SDO, operation note, signature.
Block by block: recognition, transcription, annotation
For each recognised block, the system transcribes the content and annotates it. The detail can always be consulted: you can see which part of the page produced which piece of information, which then feeds the four-level audit.
