AI platform for clinical governance and risk management.
Medical records, reports, certificates, consent: one platform for clinical documentation, from hospitals to the individual doctor. GDPR and AI Act compliant.

GDPR compliant
Health data processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
AI Act requirements
Human oversight, risk management and traceability.
Our solutions
Records, reports, certificates, consent.
No new management system, and no integration to build.
IusMedical does not replace the electronic medical record and does not come between the doctor and patient care. It works alongside what you already do.
Designed for healthcare
Reviewing all clinical documentation by hand is no longer possible.
Medical management, doctors, risk managers and DPOs share the same clinical responsibilities, but often work in silos. With the AI Act, governing and monitoring these processes has become even more complex. IusMedical supports each role in its day-to-day duties:
- Doctors: sign sound, compliant reports with greater confidence.
- Medical management: oversees the compliance of every medical record.
- Risk managers and DPOs: monitor vulnerabilities and data flows in real time.
Governance stops being a theoretical principle and becomes a traceable, transparent record that can be consulted at any time.
Medical and general management
of public and private hospitals, clinics and outpatient centres that want structured oversight of their medical records.
Risk managers
looking for a medico-legal audit that is repeatable and traceable.
DPOs and CIOs
who want AI Act compliance without taking on new technical debt.
Independent physicians
the dedicated solution is Referto Sicuro.
The benefits
What actually changes.
Every record gets reviewed
All records within scope are checked, not just a sample. Doctors stop leafing through hundreds of pages to meet completeness requirements: Cartella Clinica Sicura does that, and they get back to practising medicine.
A measurable risk trend
Omissions surface while the record can still be corrected, not once it is already part of a court file. The result is a measurable trend you can take to the board and to negotiations with your insurer.
Protection down to the individual doctor
Referto Sicuro brings the same principle of document validation to the individual doctor's practice: a structured, compliant review while the report is being written, not corrections afterwards.

FAQ
No. Our products work alongside what you already use: your management system, your electronic medical record or, for the individual doctor, their own way of working. There is nothing to replace before you start.
Our products support clinical decisions; they do not replace them. Responsibility always remains with the doctor, as required both by Italian law on medical liability (Law 24/2017) and by the AI Act, which requires human oversight of every output (Article 14).
No. We work directly on PDFs, scans or voice dictation of the visit. Integration with existing systems remains possible later on; it is not a prerequisite for getting started.
On European infrastructure, for the entire data lifecycle: inference, storage, backup. No transfers outside the EU; GDPR and AI Act compliant.
