Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are building the AI platform for clinical document governance. We are looking for two senior engineers to work end-to-end - Python backend, React frontend - with a culture of code that can be defended in a legal audit. One looks after Referto Sicuro in production, the other takes Cartella Clinica Sicura to its first institutional trial.
What you will do
- End-to-end development of new platform features (record, report, certificate, consent)
- Designing a compliance-aware architecture (encryption, audit log, data residency)
- Integration with multi-region EU AI sub-processors
- Code review, peer mentoring, a culture of code quality
What we are looking for
- Significant experience with Python and a modern framework (FastAPI or equivalent)
- Significant experience with React (React 19 preferred) or a similar framework
- Comfortable with relational databases (PostgreSQL), CI/CD and automated testing
- Ability to work on code that has to stand up to legal scrutiny: traceability, logging, version control
- Fluent Italian, technical English
Senior Account Executive · B2B healthcare

We sell to medical management teams, general managers and risk managers at Italian hospitals and healthcare groups. Long sales cycles, committee decisions, the board as final approver for large deals. We are looking for someone who can play this game autonomously.
What you will do
- End-to-end management of the sales cycle with target organisations
- Building and nurturing relationships with medical management, general management, risk managers and DPOs
- Coordination with the product and compliance team during the trial and pre-contract phases
- Funnel reporting, pricing hypotheses by organisation size
What we are looking for
- Significant experience in SaaS sales or consultancy to Italian healthcare organisations: hospitals, healthcare groups, ASLs (local health authorities), IRCCS (research hospitals)
- An existing network of decision-makers in the sector
- Familiarity with 3-12 month sales cycles and committee approval processes
- Native or native-level Italian, a solid professional presence
Customer Success · Cartella Clinica Sicura

Cartella Clinica Sicura is going into hospitals and healthcare groups: onboarding is not a tutorial, it means configuring the audit on the organisation's record template and speaking the language of medical management, risk managers and DPOs. We are looking for a senior person to take the client from trial to routine use.
What you will do
- Onboarding organisations: configuring the audit checklist on the record template in use
- Working with medical management, risk managers and DPOs during the trial and the move to routine operation
- Managing client-side privacy documentation (DPA, DPIA) together with the compliance team
- Structured collection of clinical feedback and feeding it back to product
What we are looking for
- Experience in customer success or implementation in healthcare, or in a clinical-organisational setting
- Familiarity with the language of clinical documentation and of health data compliance
- Ability to deal autonomously with senior leaders in healthcare organisations
- Native or native-level Italian, a methodical approach and care for relationships
Compliance Ops · GDPR & AI Act

We work with health data, in a regulated sector, with the AI Act entering the clinical cycle. Compliance is not a final stamp: it is a living framework to be maintained across all products. We are looking for a senior person to hold the four streams together - GDPR and AI Act, on Referto Sicuro and Cartella Clinica Sicura.
What you will do
- Maintaining the GDPR + AI Act framework across all products: legal basis, DPIA, record of processing activities, risk management
- Coordination with the external legal partner and the DPO
- Preparing and updating the compliance dossier provided to clients
- Working towards ISO 27001 certification and maintaining the templates (DPA, DPIA)
What we are looking for
- Experience in compliance or data protection, ideally in healthcare or other regulated sectors
- Working knowledge of the GDPR for health data and familiarity with the AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689)
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into concrete processes and documentation
- Autonomy in coordinating external parties (legal, DPO, auditors)
Senior UI/UX Developer

Four products, one design system, an aesthetic that has to say serious and clinical without being cold. For us, design is a platform asset, and whoever designs it also takes it into production. We are looking for a senior person who combines UI/UX design and frontend development: they own the product experience and the components that deliver it.
What you will do
- Design and implementation of the interface for the four products (record, report, certificate, consent)
- Maintaining and evolving the design system, from tokens to React components in production
- Sales materials and website: from concept to final execution
- Close collaboration with engineering on accessibility, performance and frontend quality
What we are looking for
- A senior portfolio in product/UI-UX design, ideally on complex or data-dense products
- Solid frontend development experience: React, modern CSS, accessible components
- Command of a design system and attention to detail: typography, spacing, accessibility
- Fluent Italian, a feel for a sober, professional context
How our selection process works
Your application

30 minutes with one of the founders: scope of the role, mutual expectations, basic fit.
A short exercise
A brief task, 1-2 hours, on something real and relevant to the role. Not to get free work out of you: just to see you in action.
Final conversation
A conversation with both founders: offer, terms, onboarding timeline.
We leave a few days between each step to think things over. We always reply, even when the answer is no. We never hire in a hurry.
